Happy St. Patty's!!
These are growing in my backyard...so appropriate!
Here's my St. Patty's Day Corned Beef Sammich. I've never really been successful at making a boiled dinner. Just not in my genes, I guess! But I do loves me a corned beef sandwich. So this is what I did!
Made me some cole slaw: fresh cabbage, mayo, vinegar and splenda topped with a few poppy seeds |
Mixed up some russian dressing: Mayo, Worscetshire, diced pickles, ketchup |
Got my Rye Bread and sliced corned beef ready |
Mixed up dressing ready to go |
Assemble, adding a schmear of brown mustard to up the ante |
Ready to enjoy--added some jalapeno chips. A root beer or a Dr. Borwn's Black Cherry would fit the bill perfectly! |
Make it a Great (green) Day!

Thanks for visiting my blog and becomming a follower. I'm up to 35 YEA! Linked back and have been viewing your posts. Wow, what ambition. You are certainly noot afraid of a can of paint. Love it. I also love this post. What beautiful flowers. I'm jealous of such amazing blooms in March. I'm still staring at brown beds. Though there are little nubs pushing through. And the sandwich looks awesome. I love fixing St. Pat's day food. We're doing corned beef and cabbage this weekend - - sorry kids! Again, thanks for the find and I am your newest follower too.
